Known as taberu rayu in Japanese, meaning chili oil for dipping, it is favored for adding a burst of savory flavor and texture to variety of dishes. Spoon onto cooked seafood, sushi, or other proteins such as chicken wings or ribs. May also be used as a condiment with rice and noodle bowls, veggies, eggs and so much more.
