Recipe&nbsp;courtesy Chef Paul Arias, The Fishery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 lbs opah abductor, diced<\/li><li>2 Tbsp minced garlic<\/li><li>1 tsp chili flake<\/li><li>1 Tbsp dried oregano<\/li><li>1 Tbsp dried basil<\/li><li>2 tsp onion powder<\/li><li>2 tsp garlic powder<\/li><li>4 eggs<\/li><li>\u00bd cup chopped parsley<\/li><li>1 cup parmesan cheese, grated<\/li><li>1.5 cups panko bread crumbs<\/li><li>Salt &amp; pepper to taste<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Prepare:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.<\/li><li>In a large bowl mix together the opah, minced garlic, chili flake, oregano, basil, onion powder, garlic powder and eggs.
