Serve as an appetizer with tortilla chips or on tostada shells!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recipe created for Catalina Offshore by Hector Casanova of Casanova Fish Tacos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1lb opah loin<\/li><li>10 limes<\/li><li>3 Roma tomatoes<\/li><li>2 white onions<\/li><li>1 bunch cilantro<\/li><li>2 cucumbers<\/li><li>2 avocados<\/li><li>4 serrano peppers<\/li><li>Salt and pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Prepare:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Chop opah into small squares or strips and set aside in a bowl.<\/li><li>Juice the 10 limes, add the juice to the fish, and let marinate for 15 minutes.<\/li><li>While the fish is marinating make a pico de gallo (fresh salsa) by chopping the tomatoes, onions, cilantro, cucumbers and avocados.
