Makes 2 tacos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 green onions, white &amp; light green parts only, sliced lengthwise into thin shreds<\/li><li>1\/4 cup jicama, sliced into thin shreds<\/li><li>3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce<\/li><li>1\/2 tablespoons Asian chili paste<\/li><li>Peanut oil<\/li><li>1\/4 pound shark fillet without the skin, cut into small pieces<\/li><li>2 corn tortillas<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Prepare:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Combine green onions and jicama into a \u201cslaw\u201d and set aside<\/li><li>Mix hoisin and chili paste in a small bowl and set aside<\/li><li>Preheat a skillet or wok well on fairly high heat \u2013 also preheat a nonstick skillet to heat the tortillas<\/li><li>Add 2 teaspoons peanut oil to the wok, then the shark and cook quickly until still a bit moist inside, about 3 minutes<\/li><li>At the same time, heat the tortillas in the nonstick skillet<\/li><li>Spread some sauce on the each tortilla, top with shark and slaw<\/li><li>Serve<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/catalinaop.com\/fillets-steakfish\/\">Thresher Shark<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Boasting a mild flavor and dense meat-like texture, thresher shark is a great alternative to chicken tacos.
